Allegheny Branch of the PRR

Layout Description

Railroad stretches from Pittsburgh in the south to North staging representing Erie, Buffalo, and points west. Pittsburgh yard is active staging; north staging is train in and same train out. Kiski junction is represented by an active yard with interchange (fictional with B&O) plus industries in the general area of Kiski. Further switching is done in New Kensington and Oil City. A small east staging yard represents the Conemaugh line. Tracks between the major yards are CTC controlled, mostly for the play value. Layout can be operated remotely with local operators acting as conductors.

I'm open to hosting an operating session or tour/informal ops for people visiting the northern New Mexico area.
