Each shift includes 3-4 locals, 3-4 manifest freights, 1-2 grain or coal trains, 1-2 Amtraks, and 1-2 "Slingshot" piggyback trains, Conrail has trackage rights and operates its own local serving Winchester, Clark Refining, and interchanges cars with the ICG, Burlington Northern has trackage rights to deliver coal to Illinois Power
